Andwell & Co was built by three North London property-minded operators with backgrounds across lettings, sales, Airbnb hosting and real estate investment.
Started by people who understand property from the inside.
Shaun started his career in lettings in Prime Central London, working in the luxury property market before building further experience across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Toby brought a strong sales background and a relationship-led approach, while Kamal added over 10 years of Airbnb hosting experience as an Airbnb Ambassador.
All three of us have invested in our own real estate, giving us the foundations to understand what property owners care about: income, protection, communication, standards and long-term value.
We built Andwell to become a serious name in serviced accommodation.
Our aim is to grow a major management company with proper systems, strong standards and a reputation for performance.
